The Focus pharma app (“App”) and website (“Site”) are run by Focus Pharma Africa limited, a
company based in Dar es Salaam (“focus pharma”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). We are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy.
Focus pharma provides a more technological and intelligent sales platform which enables the
sales personnel to display the medical products (pictures, names of the products and prices) by
using technological devices such as mobile phones, tablets and computer to the customers as
well as enabling the customers to make orders in real time. Our customers under the assistance of
our sales personnel can search for items, log-in to your profile and make orders (each account
has a unique username). When you use our Site or Service we will collect and process certain
information about you especially the contact numbers in order to use them further to use in order
to share the purchase ordered generated from the application to the Focus sales team and any
other person who are in contact list through WhatsApp. Apart from the contact details, we need
access to your pictures to enable you to save regulatory documents like tax identification number
certificate and pharmacy council certificates. This Privacy Policy sets out how focus pharma
collects, uses and shares information that identifies you or is associated with you (“personal
information”). Our main goal in collecting such data is to provide you with a safe, efficient and
personalized services, and we will only collect information relating to you that we deem
necessary for this purpose.
By setting up an account with us or using and accessing the Site or Service, you consent to the

that we use cookies to store and access information whilst providing the Site and Service.

products you purchase through our platform and about queries, issues or concerns you and to
send you marketing communications. We may also ask you to provide copies of identification
documents which we will also use along with other contact information you provide for the
legitimate interests of verifying your details and helping prevent fraudulent access to the Service
or use of your account.
Contact list and Images: As this application allows you to share the order generated after
checkout, we need to you to allow us to access your contacts so that by using the contacts
purchase ordered generated from the application can be shared to the Focus sales team and any
other person who are in contact list through WhatsApp.

pictures of your pharmacy’s identification documents in order prevent fraudulent access to our
services and to ensure that our terms of services are not violated.
